It was with great sadness that this morning I learnt of the death of Wojciech Pszoniak, one of the legends of the Polish cinema. I first met him in Paris at the end of my studies at La Fémis. From the very first moment, I knew he was a kind man, who was encouraging and open to my projects. Years later while working with him on the set of my first feature film “The Mole”, it was like a dream come true experience. We stayed in touch and I was delighted to meet him again during the making of my documentary “Out of the Limelight”. I truly loved our meetings, discussions, and our common "franco-polonity". Today, I feel like I lost a dear friend to whom I owe a lot. You will be missed!
